Prototype web and mobile for an AI-native B2B platform.
Overview
Renmox is an innovative ERP/CRP application designed to help businesses streamline their resource planning and customer relationship processes. As a Technical Contributor (Aug 2025 – Feb 2026, 7 months, remote from Osaka), I built prototype versions of Renmox's marketing/intro website and React Native mobile app — the public-facing web presence and the mobile client for an early-stage AI-native B2B platform.
The Problem
An early-stage B2B platform needs both a credible public presence and a functional mobile prototype to validate ideas — fast, with a small team, and without locking in architectural decisions too early. The work spans marketing-site design, 3D brand visualization, and a multi-tenant mobile client with offline-first and AI integration ambitions.
Approach
Prototype web work: built the landing/intro page as the public entry point to Renmox, including component structure for the marketing site, hero design with page transitions, and a NetworkGlobe 3D visualization representing the B2B network. Delivered early marketing experiments across performance, SEO, and conversion-focused iterations of the marketing site. Prototype mobile work: built the React Native UI and 5-tab navigation structure, plus concept implementations for offline-first flows (local data sync and resilient UX without network), AI integration (in-app AI features wired into the mobile client), an e-signature workflow, deal room screens with session handling for multi-tenant scenarios, and CRM mobile foundations.
Challenges
Balancing marketing-site polish (page transitions, 3D NetworkGlobe, performance, SEO) with mobile-app foundation work (offline sync, AI hooks, e-signature, multi-tenant session handling) on a small remote team. Choosing patterns that prototype quickly without locking in architecture. Coordinating across a Turborepo monorepo with strict TypeScript across web and native targets.
Results
Shipped a functioning prototype marketing site with hero transitions and a NetworkGlobe 3D visualization, plus a React Native mobile prototype with 5-tab navigation, offline-first flows, AI integration, e-signature, and deal-room screens. Stack: Next.js 15/16, React 18, React Native, TypeScript (strict), Tailwind CSS, Three.js, Framer Motion, React Navigation, Zustand, AsyncStorage, tRPC, pnpm + Turborepo monorepo.
